Leachate Treatment Plant Control Upgrade - Cornwall PHOENIX were selected by Sita UK to under the automation of a manual control system at the United Mines Leachate Treatment Plant. The work involved PHOENIX adding an additional control panel to the system and a new control interface. Control floats were changed for depth sensors and new pH, DOX and ammonia instruments added to the treatment tanks. A phosphoric acid dosing plant and safety shower were added. The whole plant is now fully automated with a Dlog (SCADA) operator interface and remote access.
