Leachate Treatment Plant - East Ayreshire

A full mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & control installation to a process design by Enviros Consulting.

The project was undertaken using a partnership type approach with very little paperwork and only 3 formal meetings.

A rectangular tank design was used to speed up construction and allow the tank build to be kept "in house" (Barr Contracting).

Some M & E equipment detail :-

	6 X 18.5KW Landia aerators (controls installed for 8).
	1 X Skid mounted 2 pump set (from TT Pumps).
	4 X Submersible pumps from TT Pumps.
	1 X Plug valve & Actuator from TT Pumps & Auma.
	3 X Dosing pumps from Signal pumps.
	1 X 35M³ caustic soda storage tank from Forbes.
	Instrumentation from Hach Lange.
	Control design, panel build, SCADA & software - Phoenix Engineering.
